Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cocoa Dramma. Due to the perishable, fresh-baked nature of our artisanal cakes, pastries, cookies, and chocolate hampers, our cancellation and refund policies are structured as follows:

1. Order Cancellations

— Standard Catalog Products: Cancellations or rescheduling requests are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup time slot.
— Custom Celebration Cakes: Because custom orders require advanced kitchen preparation, sourcing of specialty toppers, and dedicated chef hours, cancellations for custom cake requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery/pickup slot.
— Cancellation requests made inside these windows cannot be refunded.

2. Refunds Eligibility & Claims

Refunds or replacements are eligible under the following conditions:
— Damaged Deliveries: If your cake or pastry arrives damaged, please inspect the box immediately in the presence of the delivery executive and contact us with photographic evidence within 1 hour of receipt.
— Incorrect Item: If you receive a product completely different from the item listed on your order confirmation invoice.
— Approved claims will be processed as either a kitchen replacement order or a credit refund to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:
— Incorrect delivery address or phone number submitted at checkout resulting in delivery failure.
— Recipient unavailable at the delivery address during the chosen time slot.
— Product flavor/taste preference differences if the recipe was baked accurately to specifications.
