Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cocoa Dramma, we handle the delivery of our fresh artisanal bakes with utmost care. This policy outlines our delivery zones, charges, and scheduling guidelines for Ahmedabad residents.

1. Serviceable Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively within serviceable areas of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Serviceable areas are validated at checkout based on your delivery pincode. Pincodes outside our serviceable network can opt for Take Away (Self-Pickup) from our flagship boutique outlets.

2. Shipping & Delivery Charges

— A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied on orders below ₹499.
— Free Express Delivery is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal (after discounts) of ₹499 or above.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Slots

During checkout, you are required to select a delivery date and a preferred time slot.
— Time slots are subject to kitchen lead times. Items like custom cakes may require up to 24 hours of preparation time.
— While we strive to meet the chosen time slot exactly, delivery times may occasionally vary slightly due to traffic, route grouping, or weather conditions.

4. Self-Pickup Option (Take Away)

Customers can select "Take Away" during checkout to collect their orders directly from our boutiques. Pickup timings are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM at the selected outlet location. Please ensure you present your digital order confirmation email receipt at pickup.

5. Handling Instructions

Cakes, cream pastries, and cheesecakes must be kept refrigerated immediately upon receipt. We use air-conditioned delivery mechanisms for fragile cakes, but we cannot be held liable for degradation due to storage outside our recommended instructions after delivery handover.
